Welcome to Bin-raiders of the lost (B)ark.
We are Beanz and Carlsberg, a dog and a cat living in The Tip with our humans. We tip a nod to our loyal contributor and friend Chips, who will live on in our memories for her spectacular adventures.
We are all superb rescue animals of Heinz variety, enjoying our 2nd chance to the full.
Beanz likes sunbathing and chasing rabbits, while Carlsberg prefers mushroom pate on toast.

Homage
Remember TJam read her one book of the year, A Street Cat Named Bob? Well she decided that I would ride well on her shoulders.
I wasn't sure what she wanted at first although I don't think it was this...
We eventually got the hang of it.

Hopeful
Bamgee has nipped into the shop. She will be getting cat food and sausages for Saturday lunch. I hope she gets something lovely for me. I would settle for a sausage.

Introducing Wheels
Today I laid on Beanz's lovely beanbag bed. Truth be known I have been laying on it solidly for 9 days. I haven't even gone up to lie on the humans' bed at night. I only got up to eat and ... well... the other thing us cats are good at (apart from hunting).
While I sunned myself, Bamgee, TJam and Beanz went to the park to see Bready and Wheels.
They were celebrating Wheels's 2nd birthday.
Wheels fed the ducks. He is so run-aroundy that he wears a lead, just like Beanz.
Between the house and the car, TJam misplaced Beanz's lunch, so TJam had to share her cheese and mustard sandwich with Beanz. Beanz seemed quite happy about it.
Then they went on a Spooky Walk. Wheels has started talking to he could shout about the FACEs and SPIDERs that were hidden around the walk.
I'm not sure if TJam was expecting to sit on her beanbag chair when she got home, but in any case that was never going to happen. I have decided it is time for a change of scene.

Sunny November
I did a bit of walking and posing today. I also had a little chuckle to myself about the sausage game that I have started playing of an evening when the humans hide chunks of sausage round the house and I have to sniff them out.
Then I had a November dip...
One good thing about me getting older is that I am losing my hearing so the fireworks have been a lot more bearable this year. It is also good that I can't hear TJam telling me off.
