It seems my campaign for the Eating Things Champion title is not as clear cut as I first thought. Cousin Xaja is pictured here in his bid entitled "I ate the mouldy pitta bread for the birds off the lawn because mummy didn't hurry up with my porridge."
I'm going to have to put my thinking cap on to top that...

There's nothing wrong with a bit of mouldy bread now and again, it builds the body's natural immune system, so my dad used to tell me as he cut the mouldy bits off, same as burnt toast made your hair curl, as did crusts and carrots made you see in the dark! Hmmm none of them worked for me, except i'm rarely poorly!!!!
